I was a director in the NatWest Business Banking division of RBS - before the 'big crash'!

What made you think of this idea?:
I had developed a reputation for taking mediocre teams to outstanding levels of performance by creating a high performance, high value culture. To do this I simply took some of the greatest philosophies and leadership books and applied the methods described into the way I lead my team. There is a huge difference between management and leadership. The road from one to the other can be long and painful, and largely based on making mistakes. To save managers the time, cost and often regret in how they manage people and give them a quick, reliable and highly effective route into leadership I have spent the last two years bringing together all the information they need to become great leaders.

These principles worked for me and they are working veritable miracles for many others, so if you feel on your own out there as a business owner, this system is the equivalent of having your very own desktop coach. We have partnered with The Home Business Network and hope this relationship will develop further so that more and more people get to learn about and access The Ultimate Leadership Guide, because it is so relevant to people who work from home and who don't necessarily have the opportunity to learn new ways of doing things that give them the edge over their competition.

We are also partnering with several large learning organisations in the US to launch over there by the end of the year.

Always be persistent. Just when things are going really tough, it’s then that you are very likely to be 'only three feet away from gold'.
